My hermes delivery lady is lovely so this is nothing against her.
But the company are SO TERRIBLE!!!!
It's impossible to speak to anyone, their "live assistant" doesn't work, at all. You can only get the exact same information as is displayed on the tracking. No option anywhere to provide feedback. No free form text in "safe place" instructions (I have an outdoor box which is safe for parcels, but the only option is 'porch')
Just useless. Completely useless.
And the way they treat their staff is horrific apparently, 2 hours a day unpaid to sort parcels.
