My parcel to Austria is not arriving, the friendly and dedicated telephone helpline promised is just a digital voice and no help facility - no matter which answer you give gets you through to a human. Tracking doesn;t work and my important parcel is stuck somewhere.
How can it be legal that a company is trading without an impressum on any of its communications, an email address that takes you back into a torturous merry go around as does their facebook page.
It is a service of disregard and pretence, quite frankly - SHOCKING but seemingly becoming an accepted culture within the service industry.
