I was expecting a parcel today, to be delivered by Hermes (unfortunately, it wasn't my choice).
Today, as with my previous experiences with Hermes (again: none by choice) the parcel did not arrive.
It usually takes 4-6 days of further delays before... before we receive another notice that the parcel will be delayed a little bit more. It takes over a week of delays to receive your stuff.
I don't know if the people of that company are deliberately sabotaging the business or what. Such consistent incompetent service cannot be by luck!
