LOST PARCEL, NO REFUND
Hermes lost my parcel, I filled out a claim form. Email indicated I needed to wait up to 28 days. I waited and waited. Nothing!
I call Customer Services three times (first two times it’s answered but someone rustles a crisp packet of sorts before hanging up). Apparently they emailed me for some info and gave me 7 days to respond (which I didn’t receive) so they closed the case. Not willing to reopen, not willing to start a new claim, NO REFUND.
Apparently I can email the claims team but they probably won’t even open the email!!!
AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!
Don’t use this company !!!
