I only gave one star as it wasn't possible to give Hermes a minus 8 thousand stars. What an absolute waste of space they are. Terrible customer service, you can barely get through to anyone if there's a problem, which there always is.. the local delivery driver for our street has an amazing talent of "not actually knocking on your door".. then ditching your parcel either in a dirty bin with no notification card or they just leave it in plain site for all the local chavs to steal. How Hermes still receive business from online companies is a mystery up there with how we built the pyramids of does Bigfoot really exist.
