Always very late, if it arrives at all.
They log faked attempted deliveries as a way to justify how slow they are and how late after contracted delivery timing they are. If your package arrives at all it may have been opened and items removed in transit as happened with one of mine. I have added standard delivery instructions to my Amazon account to say “Please use anyone except Hermes”
