Said couldn’t deliver item to address but have a ring door bell and it showed no movement at door. Then said would deliver it the next day didn’t again. Now trying to actually call them and the automated service is awful and they don’t understand anything I am saying and I can’t speak to an actual human to get this sorted.
If I could give 0 stars I would !!!
