Hermes have been texting and emailing me every day for 6 days letting me know my parcel's out for delivery and will arrive between 18-20:00. Followed by a text to update it to 19-21:00 due to a delay, then a text to say that as I wasn't in, the delivery has been rescheduled. This is despite the fact that I've been in the house all but one of these days, and have given the address of a neighbour to leave it with if not. Every day the same sequence of events - the messages are completely pointless. Begins to feel like harassment, and there's no way of contacting them. Avoid.
