Went to send a Motorcycle battery back - handed to Hermes agent - who accepted it Ok with clear description on labels
Messed about by Hermes - eventually told (after 6-8 weeks) that they have a policy not to handle batteries (even sealed ones)
They then stole my property and said it was lost / damaged (lies)
Hermes are know to then sell lots of these stolen items on auction sites
Rubbish company - will never use them again
