Absolutely awful service - avoid!
I sent a well packaged parcel to my aunt with ‘FRAGILE’ on and when it arrived to her it was absolutely ripped apart. It was almost as if they read the ‘fragile’ sticker and wanted to do everything to ruin the item. She said they turned up and practically shucked it in front of her front door. I called customer service who genuinely said it wasn’t their problem. I asked to speak to a Senior customer service manager and was told that ‘this isn’t possible’. Well done ‘Gemma’ for the worst customer experience ever.
This is the second time I used them. First time was equally as bad as they said they’d pick up at a certain time on a day and didn’t turn up until two days later and then recorded the item as ‘delivered’ hours after they collected it which was impossible! Such a bad awful service. Truly worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my 42 years on this earth !!!
