We've got it and processing it Fri 19:55 Aug 20. At local depot and on its way to you 05:51 Mon Aug 23. Out for Delivery 07:22 Mon Aug 23. Back at local depot and on its way to you 11:49 Mon Aug 23. Nothing for next 26 hours...tried on screen chat...useless...phoned Hermes...robot could not understand me...phoned supplier...they said parcel is reported damaged by Hermes! Supplier then sent replacement package by DHL. Hermes is the second worse company in my experience, surpassed only by The Range.
