This is the worst I’ve every been treated my a online designer brand. I am so disappointed in Hermès I order a sandals I receive the item it was a size 8.5 instead of a nine. I decided to return it so I look at the bottom ams realize it had stains and water marks looked like a use or store model sandals I immediately call Hermès o was told to take a pic of the sandals immediately and email to Hermès customer service I did. The representation apologize told me she would email me the return info and I should return it the following day. I think o return it the day after because I was running around preparing for my vacation. I order a second pair before any decision was made on the previous pair. I receive that within 4 days. Anyhow when o return from my vacation I received a email from Hermès that they did not send me a use or floor model so they decided to ship back the smaller size used pair of sandals and charge my fiancé credit card a second time. I so disgusted with their customer service I will never spend another dime with Hermès and I’m going b to call the news Channel on them I want my refund back.
