Terrible. Not only did they turn up 3 days late to collect my parcel, they lost it. Two weeks later it is still marked as 'at depot'. Had to refund the customer her £67 order. luckily I had insured the parcel but unless Hermes declare it lost then I doubt I'll get anything back especially as the claim form wants me to put in a photo of the box and contents (er... I don't have these and I can't photograph every customers order!!) This is not the first bad experience with them but the parcel was outsize and heavy so my usual DHL wouldn't collect from me. I will NEVER use them again.
