I sent a parcel with hermes on 31 st August, I waited for tracking information and nothing there.
I paid £5-80 for delivery of the parcel only to have it returned to me today 8th September with no explanation as why it was returned to me. So I paid £5-80 for nothing.
I have tried to ring them and get a ROBOT on the phone, I have tried to email and yet again a ROBOT. It would be nice to be able to speak to someone and try to solve what has happened.
Very bad service and customer relations . I will not be using them again
