First of all, Hermes makes it very difficult for anyone to get in touch. Also, if you manage to get in touch with them via email, they don't even address your problem properly. The assistant will only reply with their general template that basically says "We are not accountable for anything".
Avoid at all cost and do NOT do any business with this company.
