Absolutely the worse company that has ever existed.
The second time when I ordered something online and they have chosen Hermes to deliver it. My package never arrived, however, the delivery is ticked as delivered to my address. I was in all day.
The customer service doesn't exist, you talking to the Robot on the online chat, tried to call, impossible coz the parcel shows that has been delivered. Just wow.
Avoid if you can.
