My international delivery from the Netherlands has been scanned into the Hermes depot on 8 september. Since then no movement at all. Their customer service is non existent. I have gone through a totally useless email correspondence with Kelly, claiming to be the pa of their ceo Martijn de Lange. Their conclusion is to blame my sister, who sent the parcel. They do not seem to comprehend that parcels are precious. That customers actually pay for a service. There should be a boycot for companies who use hermes. One star is too much.
