This is the third time a parcel that's being delivered via Hermes has disappeared into the black hole that's their local depot. Today's 4th Oct and there's still no update showing on their tracker as to where the parcel is since 13th Sep.
These items were ordered from 3 different retailers over the last 4 months, I definitely won't be placing any orders with retailers that use Hermes as their delivery partner as they simply can't be trusted to actually deliver your items. I've had refunds back for the items but the sizes are out of stock so I've been unable to replace them.
The worst delivery service, and you can't contact them, instead you keep getting sent round in a loop by their bot messaging system.
