A my hermes delivery driver has broken into our locked garage to deliver our parcel, and now the garage is broken on one side, as it will open outwards while locked.
You wouldn't smash a window to make a delivery and this is no different.
We didn't even ask for it to be left in the garage, and this was their first 'delivery attempt'.
Simply appaling!
