Sent an urgent parcel via Hermes on 20th to Cornwall. On 22nd the website said that a major event was slowing them down and they would deliver the parcel as soon as possible. On 27th they posted that the parcel had been refused by the recipient which was untrue as she had been phoning me up every day to find out where it was. Then suddenly it turned up back at my house, without warning, with the box damaged!! It seems that they are now incapable of delivering parcels. Why are they still in business??
