Parcel seems to be stuck in limbo at Southampton depot. Been there for a week with still no sign of it being delivered. Even more infuriating is trying to get any information from Hermes as their automated systems give you no information apart from that you can see yourself on tracking!!!
Abysmal service and it appears that I am not the only customer who thinks so!
