If you can avoid them for parcels, do it. They are horrible. The parcels are always late, the tracking is horrendous and there is absolutely no way to actually speak to someone from the service. The online chat is with a robot and completely useless, same for the telephone line provided. They lie about speaking to a local agent - there is no way to contact them directly.
I truly would recommend any retailer to not use Hermes but another form of delivery service. Truly the worst.
