This company should be closed down. They repeatedly fail to deliver parcels. They have no customer service ethos whatsoever. Their online chat robot is useless and they fail to respond to any complaint. They eventually admit that they have lost parcels but accept no responsibility and simply refer you back to the retailer.
They should not be allowed to trade in the manner that they do. Avoid like the plague.
