My score is minus 10. Hermes received my parcel from Cabi in the USA on 7.10.21. Tracking showed it to,have been sent to wrong courier. Update on 11.10.21. Said it was on its way but the trail stopped there, no further update after 11.10.21.
Dreadful experience trying to communicate with customer service department, not sure there are any human beings actually working there. After a lot of hard work on my part, received response 18.10.21. to say “the parcel was lost within out network”. Is this a polite way of saying it has been stolen.
They suggest I contact the sender for a refund. I will try my best never to order anything from a company who uses Hermes. Watchdog describe them as being the worst of this type of company, I agree.
