The driver did not follow the instructions given to him to help him find the house. Nor did he ring the mobile number given to him should he not be able to find us.
This month alone Hermes have failed to deliver 2 packages from different companies. Hermes have then returned the packages to the companies. I suggest companies stop using Hermes until they get their act together
