Received an email that my parcel would be delivered between 4-8pm. Shortly after received another email saying that my parcel has been delayed, only to receive ANOTHER email saying that the parcel will now be delivered between 1-3pm. Having managed to get away from work early to be at home for the parcel, just after 3pm I receive another email saying that the parcel will now be delivered tomorrow.
Hermes is by far the worst delivery service out there, in every aspect. AVOID IF POSSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH!
