Further to my earlier posting finally got to speak to a Customer Sevices agent. Dropped off my well packaged item to a client with Fragile Tape plastered all over it (there should be a clue in that one would think) Dropped Off at their holding station 14/10 no info on the Tracking site after 7 days Today 26/10 finally after I called them I was informed package damaged ~ It was a framed velvet picture that I have had for 40+ yrs They have it 7 days and destroy it. I asked when was the info logged on to your system that it was damaged, I was told 21st/10 So they were in receipt of that information 5 days ago and said nothing. Appalling service I shall never use again and will inform all and sundry. I have had to reimburse the client that bought, I am out of pocket and have no item as they have destroyed it.
