Terrible company. The dread when you receive the email telling you that Hermes has your parcel, followed by the unevitable "delivery attempt" that never even happened, then no updates and a parcel that just disappears into thin air.
Absolute farce of a company that buys fake reviews to look like a reputable company on Trustpilot. These people need to be in jail.
