Shocking service! I arranged with Next to have Hermes collect a return for me on Saturday 30th October. I stayed in all day but no one came and I wasn't notified.
Obviously puzzled, I called Next and they said Hermes had delayed the collection. I asked them why no one had told me and they didn't know. I then made other arrangements to post it back myself using Royal Mail tracking label which they then sent me.
This evening, however, two days after the original collection date, a man from Hermes came to my door wanting to collect the parcel (which now has a Royal Mail tracked sticker over the collect by courier sticker).
When I said he was supposed to come on Saturday he was extremely rude and stormed off without allowing me to give him the parcel or letting me explain about the new Royal Mail label (which would have had to be peeled off again).
I can't even begin to tell you how utterly DISGUSTED I am with their company. This is now the third or fourth time I've had issues with them (one in particular, where an employee LIED about me signing for a parcel when I wasn't even in when it was delivered).
How DARE your workers behave like this? And, to cap it all - it's almost impossible to complain! Have written to the CEO but it probably won't make any difference.
