I have never had a problem with Hermes before but i sent a parcel 12 days ago which has not arrived no one has contacted me and i am fed up of trying to find out where it is i will not use again
Can not speak or email anyone just a useless automated chat line. My parcel has been showing that it has been delayed since 20th October. Chat line response says, Sorry to hear this. Rest assured we are still working hard to get your parcel delivered & we’ll notify you as soon as it’s out for delivery. looks like i will be out of pocket for £50 - trainers return.
