I recently sent 5 parcels with MyHermes, 2 of which were lost by the business or drivers.
After paying for "insured" parcels due to the value of the items and paying additional fees for signatures I have today been informed that they will not pay out due to a listing error on the sale. The very clear provided photos do not show the "liquid glue" in the description but this is apparently enough to refuse my £230 claim.
I guess you get what you pay for in this life and will ensure I use a premium carrier receives my parcels in future.
My advice, AVOID HERMES at all costs!
