Used a locker. Parcel lost. How is that possible. But worse still. No compensation because I couldn’t produce the receipts. Who keeps receipts for presents you are sending and happy with. Hermes has treated me like dirt and a liar. Why would I pay £4.04 to send an empty parcel to a child. ? Am so angry. Will never use them again. And will not keep quiet about my bad experience.
