Possibly the worst parcel company in the UK which has no customer service you could talk to. Marked my parcel as delivered without any proof. Emailed one day its sorted it happened by mistake I was told yesterday my parcel found and will be delivered with in 48hrs now got an email saying need another 48hrs to investigate it no phone number to speak to anyone. Number given is automated asks you for tracing number and thats it. These clowns hide behind these automated phones. Is there any possibility these online companies could use better parcel service instead of these clowns
