Ordered something for my disabled father, hasn't arrived a week later. Said they had tried to deliver twice but I was at my father's address on both occasions as I'm his carer. No doorbell rung or door knocked.
Can't get hold of anyone at Hermes, digital assistant, Holly is absolute rubbish.
My usual Hermes driver who delivers to my house is great, guy called Trevor but 3 miles up the road to my parents and a different driver and diabolical.
