BE EXTREMELY AWARE that your items can get stolen while in Hermes care. If you report it or complain, they just brush you off, with non-sense standard replies such as "sorry your item was damaged" or "box was open".
I my case my box was carefully opened, my laptop was stolen from inside and replaced with pair of shoes, taped up and delivered.
My complaint to Hermes was a waste of time.
Through their inaction, they encourage thieves to steal your goods, knowing well, Hermes won't do a thing.
