If you could choose another courier to deliver your parcel, would highly recommend it.
On 5 November 2021, I received a notification from Hermes that my parcel has been delayed due to an event in my area. It is now 16 November and there was no notification as to what is happening with my parcel. I tried to contact them but their chat service wasn’t helpful nor calling the number I found online as it was as useless as the chat. There’s no way to speak to someone just to get an update or to follow up my parcel they are holding for some reason. It is frustrating and disappointing Hermes!
