Update online from HERMES 13/11 - We have your item and it will be delivered by a courier on the next working day (That would be Mon 15/11)
15/11 - No parcel. No update online. Automated Customer Service unable to process anything other than pre-scripted messages. Stating item will now be delivered in next 48hrs (so, not next working day then!?)
16/11 - No parcel. No update online. Automated Customer Service still stating as per 15/11. Phone customer service is also automated. No help.
17/11 - No parcel. No update online........
I ordered other items from Germany on 11/11 (a day after this order) and they were here on 15/11.
If you value your customers go elsewhere for a more reliable service.
