Brand new item arrived damaged.
Paid for insurance cover but used every excuse to avoid paying compensation.
Seller won't accept return as the item was pristine when despatched.
Now left with an unusable item and £100 out of pocket as item was for a present so will have to purchase replacement.
DON'T BOTHER PAYING FOR INSURANCE COVER.
