Most useless parcel company I came across.
As working person could not get parcel twice.
On first occasion Hermes mark ticket as second delivery attempt it’s close to fraud by my standards.I tried to rearrange delivery, no options to leave it in safe places or nearby shop etc. then I went to depo only to hear that they can’t do anything as my parcel if on WAY back to sender!!!
Avoid at any cost!!
