This company failed to deliver a parcel. They emailed me saying the parcel has been delivered , which is not true as I didn’t get anything. They have a photo which does not correspond to my flat or even my building , so it’s not even with a neighbour. Customer service said the courier confirmed the delivery. So they are frauds.
