Next day delivery is a joke! They said the parcel was delayed, then 5 days later, they said they're were road closures so would deliver the next day. 5 more days and after I emailed every hermes address I could find, they said the parcel was missing.
If I'd known debenhams were using Hermes, I would have ordered elsewhere
