The worst delivery company in the UK. Most times they don't deliver my parcels but send them back to the sender marked "Address inaccessible". That's strange, because Yodel, Parcelforce, Amazon, UPS, DHL, Fedex etc etc all deliver regularly with no problems. Hermes just tell lies.
