Worst courier service ever.lost numerous parcels recently!!! One recently delivered after 4 Weeks!!!!!! Then said I wasn't entitled to a refund after losing it and then delivering 4 weeks later leaving me out of pocket with the buyer! Another parcel still not delivered after 2 weeks and another case open!!!!! I now use Royal mail !!!! Avoid at all costs!
