Horrace Murren
Why can't I give zero stars? My previous 2 Hermes "deliveries" were fully tracked, from dispatch right up until the moment the courier dumped them over my neighbour's fence. I was at home at the time, no ring or knock at my door, just dumped over the neighbour's fence (with a nice photo taken of the package lying there, in the open air). A while later I saw something I wanted to buy from a company (Joe Browns) that use Herpes for deliveries. I was very wary of ordering, but eventually against my better judgment decided to order anyway. My cunning plan was to have the parcel delivered to one of Hermes' delivery shops; surely nothing could go wrong? And at least my parcel wouldn't be dumped over a random fence again. But no! I underestimated Herpes' incompetence! They've lost it! They can't even deliver to one of their own delivery shops! The online tracking hasn't been updated for days. It tells me it'll be updated the next working day, but it isn't. To get more detailed tracking information I have to give the delivery postcode, but I'm told it's wrong (it isn't). I've tried entering my own home postcode and the postcode of the shop, neither are accepted. There's no way of contacting Herpes other than live chat on their website. Live chat asks me for the delivery number, and then the postcode. As above, when I give the correct postcode I'm told it's wrong, and the live chat just kicks me out. Will be asking for a refund from Joe Browns (they might offer me a replacement - but that too will be entrusted to Herpes, so no thanks). I'll never knowingly order from any company that employs this useless, incompetent shower ever again.
