Ordered goods which were to be delivered from the Netherlands, all appeared well on Hermes tracking site. Goods on the way to local courier but delayed for 24 hrs. Three days later contacted retailer who in turn contacted Hermes, result was they have lost parcel. Retailer said they would send replacements free of charge. Hermes tracking received parcel but was delayed due to bad weather (Storm Arwen) but would attempt delivery next working day. Initial delay understandable but eight days later still waiting delivery. Do Hermes have a grudge against people living in The North East Of England? Appalling service to lose two successive deliveries.
