I wish you had a no star option , what a dreadful company amazingly they managed to lose two parcels within weeks of each other both parcels with a monetary value of more than £100 .
I wish when you buy online that they would inform you which delivery company they use , as if it was Hermes I would not order.
No body to complain to about there horrendous service.
