Terrible customer service:No proper notice given of when the parcel was to be delivered: email sent at 3pm informing me before the parcel was "delivered" at 3.30pm by leaving it on a desk in the lobby. Of course, by the time I got home it was gone. Who leaves a parcel in a lobby of a building g of 88 flats and thinks that's a delivery?
'Chat' option doesn't give any details of when complaint will be dealt with or allow you to ask any other questions except the scripted ones.Awful service. Will not be ordering from Blackwells again as they use this unprofessional excuse for a company .
