They are a total joke. I paid for next day delivery and I needed my dress by Friday, they have delivered it to me on Sunday! Tried to contact them a million times to see where my parcel is, they only have a robot talking to you on the phone, no way to speak to a human being. I am so so so disappointed I will never use Hermes again. They kept my parcel in their hub for a few days with no way for me to find out why or maybe change delivery to collection because I really needed the dress for my Christmas party. I had to wear something else because of this. Unprofessional, unreliable, total disappointment. Do not use Hermes! You will get your parcel late or never! I would have given no stars at all!
