I have now had 3 Hermes deliveries recently all arriving later than expected and just deposited outside the door of my block of flats without ringing the flat bell or notifying me when the delivery was coming.The last delivery was supposed to be express and took 7 days to get to me.I have got to the stage that I don't want to order from companies that use Hermes.The service from them is abysmal
