DO NOT USE HERMES!!!!!
Not one of my parcels have turned up!! 7 parcels over 2 weeks all from different retailers ‘lost in transit’ absolute shambles of a company also used them to send parcels which have also not reached their destination! They clearly have people stealing to sell items on! Hundreds of Xmas presents for my children gone and now out of stock
